Vitamins and Good Sense

Vitamin studies always seem to stir controversy, but certainly not visions of death. On that score, last week's report on antioxidant vitamins, published in the Journal of the American Medical Association, was a doozy. But before you toss out your vitamin pills, let's examine this alarmist study a little bit closer.

  1. My question is of how many of the vitamins tested in the people was pure minerals, and complete soluable, and how many of those vitamins they tested was sinthetic man made clones of true minerals, with non soluable things like mercury and aluminum and copper, in the store bought vitamins, my wife and i take complete soluable vitamins everyday and we have noticed a tremendis difference better than the store bought man made clones.

  2. Vitamin A and E are the true clones for synthetics. Without the proper minerals in our systems the vitamins will not work. The problem is minerals are harder to get into the system then are vitamins. If you are not a vitamin person and have just started taking them then most likely a difference will be seen. The issue is most store boughten vitamins are synthetic and the bulk of the minerals will not enter the system, there fore money is being wasted. Chelatated vitmains and minerals or fruitose compound products will give you the best bang for your dollar. 1/10 odds on the store products verses 9/10 odds on a good quality supplement. Hope that helps.
