Military mental health experts mobilize against trauma

Mental health experts who work with troops back from deployment talked this weekend about the latest efforts to treat disorders such as post-traumatic stress, efforts that are particularly relevant in light of the traumatic shootings at Fort Hood.


The 4,400 psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers and students in the field meeting here also heard a lot about emotions that affect Americans, including presentations on fear, worry and anxiety from a host of experts
